I am excited you are here! I am a happy suburban mom of multiple little humans (with more on the way!) and the wife of my near-perfect husband (but really…). I started this blog to share my love of routines for a busy family and the activities I use to help my kids grow, learn, and enjoy the world around them.
The name of my little space here on the internet – The First Investor – might seem a little unusual to you since it has nothing to do with money. Let me explain.
My husband has an entrepreneurial spirit. I do not. I am not a “take the road less traveled” type of girl. Supporting and cheering on my husband in his path to creating a business of his own, is a skill I have had to learn. A skill I am still learning today. I have had to learn how to find and define my role in the journey that we are taking as a family. I have come to the conclusion that I am “The First Investor”.
I get to be the first investor in my children’s lives. I feel blessed to be able to stay at home with them. I am the first person to invest in their well-being and growth. What a privilege.
I am investing my time, energy, and resources into raising the next generation of healthy, happy humans. Please join me in this mission!
